5. Third-Party Integrations and Google API Data

Our Service allows administrators to optionally connect third-party device management platforms, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Intune, to automate the population of their IT asset inventory.

If you choose to authorize the Google Workspace Sync:

  • What we access: We request read-only access to your ChromeOS device telemetry (including serial numbers, OS versions, and hardware models) and basic user directory profiles.
  • How we use it: This data is strictly used to populate your organization's device inventory dashboard within the platform for IT reporting and compliance.
  • Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace data to serve advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read this data unless you explicitly request support assistance.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

7. Children's Privacy

While our Service is utilized by educational institutions as well as commercial businesses, the platform is designed exclusively for use by adult IT administrators, educational leaders, and corporate management. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18, nor do we interact directly with students. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions to remove it.
